Sometimes nuts. Always reasonable. We are REASONABLE NUTS.

The Reasonable Nuts are a small band of conservative and libertarian thinkers who have come together to exposit, expound, and (sometimes) explode on topics of public discourse (or those we think should be in public discourse). "Yeah, like the 'net needs another right-wing blog!", you're thinking. We hear ya. Our primary purposes here are twofold: 1, to post our notions and interpretations of current and recent events, bouncing them off one another - and you - and 2, to add a unique content to the 'net - not readily found elsewhere.

Really genius, this is.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The head of the Pentagon's Missile Defense Agency on Friday hailed what he described as epochal progress toward putting a high-energy laser aboard a modified Boeing Co. 747 to zap ballistic missiles that could be fired by North Korea and Iran.

Why does this sound so familiar? Oh, I know now.

I also tested for a solidly Democratic area: my home state of Maryland. There it was 36% Mikulski, 50% Sarbanes and 50% Steny Hoyer (Minority-Whip D).

I was recently a solid Republican before deciding to go Libertarian, so the findings really suprised me.; 10/27/2006 10:37 PM
